Because this soldering station has a temperature locking function, the temperature can be fixed to prevent temperature changes. And change the whole welding results.

4. After a few minutes of use, the soldering station will operate at a normal constant temperature.

Precautions for the use of welding station
1. The soldering iron tip of the soldering station should be as close as possible to the component pins.

2. Do not press the soldering iron tip forcefully during soldering to avoid deformation of the soldering iron tip. scrapped.

3. When welding large-area grounding or using lead-free solder components, the temperature can be adjusted to about 400-450 degrees, and the heating time can be slightly longer. After soldering these components, the temperature must be adjusted to about 300-400 degrees.

4. When black dirt is found on the soldering iron tip, remove the dirt immediately to prevent oxidation of the soldering iron tip (commonly known as dead tip).

5. Once the dead head is dead, you can grind the soldering iron tip several times in the place where there is a lot of solder, so that the area of ​​the dead head can be reduced, and the dead head phenomenon will disappear slowly.

6. When the temperature adjustment is not accurate, it can be calibrated by fine-tuning the adjustable resistance of the small hole under the main knob.
