What is a soldering station?
The soldering station is a hand tool commonly used in electronic soldering processes. The solder (usually referred to as tin wire) is heated and melted, so that two workpieces are welded together.
Functions of the soldering station:
Anti-static function: mainly to prevent the precision chip welding from being broken down by static electricity.
Sleep function: save energy and extend the life of the soldering iron tip.
Digital display temperature: easy to adjust.
Password lock temperature: prevent workers from changing the temperature setting casually.
Types of soldering stations:
Constant temperature soldering station
The temperature control range is usually 200℃~480℃, the common model is YAOGONG936
Hot air desoldering station
Compared with the constant temperature soldering station, it is equipped with a hot air gun to facilitate the desoldering process. The control temperature is about 200℃~480℃. The common models are 850, 850D, etc. The 850D has a temperature digital display meter. For example, YAOGONG850, YAOGONG850D, etc.
High frequency lead-free soldering station
Generally use high-frequency eddy current heating and metal heating cores. This high-frequency soldering station is generally divided into two types: switching power supply and transformer. The heating and temperature recovery speed is fast, and lead-free welding is realized. The power is generally 90W, 100W, 120W, 150W, 180W,
